Michael Phillips, MBA, is a Strategy Consultant with Open Options Corporation and manages Open Options business in Europe and the west Coast of the United States. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto and Henley Management College. Open Options is a leading global professional services firm that uses the mathematics and science of Game Theory to help clients address complex multi-player strategic business issues. Open Options counts among it's regular clients 5 of the 10 Fortune 10 firms and has been written up in such publications as The Economist magazine and Report on Business magazine. Open Options was recently credited with helping IBM to address and lever it's global Linux strategy in 2001.Michael is a frequent speaker at a variety of different conferences and enjoys facilitating interactive sessions.
