Managing Change
The Lecturer addresses Change Management determining it as a highly relevant and substantial system and not merely as a "buzz word" or "business trend". The "raison d'être" of Change will be clearly depicted. Without the recognition of a changing world, even the vision of what the world will become, and without the determination of adapting to such changes, companies have less of a chance to be succesful, maybe even to survive.
Approaches for Change, key actions to undertake, some of the processes involved and effective tools for a promising model of Change will be addressed. Based on examples, cases of failure as well as succes stories the promise of Change Management will be highlighted.
Goal of the presentation:
To provide the participant with a detailed overview of Change Management, its processes, advantages, risks, and rewards.
