Dr Craig Fleisher is the Windsor Research Leadership Chair and Professor of Management, Odette School of Business, Canada. He is the co-author of two best selling analytical techniques texts Business and Competitive Analysis and Strategic and Competitive Analysis and co-editor of three CI books Competitive Intelligence and Global Business, Controversies in Competitive Intelligence, Managing Frontiers in Competitive Intelligence. He is Immediate Past President of SCIP, founder and inaugural Chair of the Competitive Intelligence Foundation, and recognized as one of Canada’s top MBA instructors. Craig sits on several corporate boards, particularly for companies providing products and services in intelligence and knowledge management. He has lived in 4 countries and advised many global organizations such as Alcan, Bell Canada, Esso, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Labatt, Levi Strauss, Merck, Novo-Nordisk, Philip Morris, Procter & Gamble, Shell, Telstra and Westinghouse.

Michael Nash is an independent consultant providing aviation market analysis and strategic business support for winning competitive business. Formerly the Assistant Dean for Corporate Relations at the University of Mississippi's School of Engineering, Dr. Nash recently retired from Lockheed Martin having spent over thirty years in the aerospace industry providing strategic business planning and market development in both the domestic and international markets. Dr. Nash served as a Program Manager and Senior Engineer at Lockheed Martin's Transportation and Security Solutions organization in Rockville, Maryland where he was responsible for strategic market development including leading the facility's international Air Traffic Management market and competitive analysis activities. Earlier he was Strategic Planning Manager for IBM Federal Systems Division in Gaithersburg, Maryland prior to its subsequent acquisition by Lockheed Martin. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Science, is a Registered Professional Engineer, and is a life member of SCIP.

Arthur Weiss has written and lectured widely on a variety of CI topics, including a column in SCIP's Competitive Intelligence Magazine. His background in CI goes back to the 1980s where he worked as the marketing intelligence manager for D&B Europe. In 1995 he set up AWARE and in 1997 he led the world's first workshop on "Using the Internet for Competitive Intelligence" given at the 1997 International Online Information conference. He has led highly rated workshops on CI and the Internet at SCIP and other industry events.

Sheila Wright has been responsible for the introduction, and improvement of, CI practice in several firms, notably, two blue-chip UK companies, a mid-sized UK/US agribusiness, a UK civil engineering firm, a global automobile manufacturer and a US investment management firm. She is acutely aware of the practical problems facing managers working in CI. Following 20 years industrial experience where she managed business development projects for the World Bank, the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation, Food & Agriculture Organisation and UK Government Ministries Sheila now leads the Competitive Intelligence & Marketing Interface Teaching and Research Initiative (CIMITRI) at De Montfort University, Leicester, UK. She holds an MBA from the University of Warwick, is a Chartered Member and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Co-director of the Intelligence Teaching & Research Academic Network (INTRAN).
